- Allow the device time to power back up and reconnect.
- Check that the camera has connected to the Sync Module.
This method should allow your camera to reconnect, which eliminates the “camera is busy” message. You can think of power cycling as a “soft reset” since nothing needs reinstallation- while removing the camera’s data from the Sync Module is a “hard reset.”
Why Does My Blink Camera Keep Going Offline?
