What to do If Your Jabra Earbuds or Headphones Aren’t Connecting

Disconnect and Forget your Jabra Headphones & Earbuds from your Source Device’s Bluetooth List & Reset your device

If your device doesn’t seem to be pairing, reset the connection by going into your device’s Bluetooth list and “Forgetting” your Jabra earbuds/headphones from your device’s Bluetooth list.

Now place your earbuds or headphones back in pairing mode and re-connect to your device.

Reset Your Earbuds/Headphones

Next, try resetting your earbuds or headphones. This will clear all pairing history saved on your Jabra device and allow it to pair from scratch. After resetting place your device on pairing mode and re-connect to your device.

Restart your Source device

Another thing to try is to restart your source device (The device that you’re connecting to). Restarting a device will clear the ram completely, thus removing bugs and glitches that may have resulted in pairing issues.

Turn Bluetooth Off and back on again on your source device

This is a simple fix but can be the solution at times; turning your Bluetooth off and back on again will reset its Bluetooth capabilities which in some cases should solve the issue.
