Why are my Soundcore earbuds not pairing?
Soundcore earbuds fail to connect when they are not within a clear Bluetooth connection in many scenarios. For the best connection, remove any barriers between your device and ensure that you move the earbuds as near as possible to your device, and try to pair once more.
If they still do not connect by doing the above, place both of them in the charging case, close it, then take both of them out and try again. If it does not fix the problem, you can try resetting them by deleting ‘Soundcore’ in the Bluetooth list of the connecting device and then proceed to turn off Bluetooth and turn it on again.

Frequently Asked Questions About Soundcore Earbuds
How do you check Soundcore Earbud’s battery level?
Once your earbuds are connected to your device, the battery level should appear on your device’s screen. So if you’re connected to a phone, the Soundcore battery level should display on the top right-hand corner of your device.
To check the battery level of the case of the Soundcore earbuds, all you would need to do is open the case’s lid, and you’ll be able to see your battery level from the LED indicator. Full lED means that your case is at 70% battery or above, two lED indicates that your device is at anywhere from 70% to 40% battery., one indicates that your device is at 30%, and one light with a blinking status indicates that it has less than 10% battery left.
Are Soundcore earbuds waterproof?
The majority of Soundcore’s earbuds have an IPX5 rating, while Soundcore life A1 and Soundcore Life P2 feature an IPX7 rating.
An IPX7 rating allows your earbuds to be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes. But this doesn’t mean that they are completely immune to water damage. Exceeding these conditions can cause permanent damage to your device.
IPX5, on the other hand, can resist a consistent low-pressure water jet spray. Anything more than this can permanently damage your earbuds.
