How To Reset Jlab Earbuds
- On your Bluetooth device “forget your Jlab earbuds” form your Bluetooth list
- Place both earbuds inside the charging case
- tap one earbuds while still in the charging case 7 times
- Tap your other earbuds while in still in the charging case 7 times
- take your earbuds out of the case (blinking blue & white light on right earbuds indicates pairing mode)
- On your Bluetooth device select your Jlabs earbuds to connect
How do I resync my JLab wireless earbuds to each other?
A common issue among earbuds in general issues with pairing the earbuds together. When this happens, only one earbud will be connected while the other is unable to connect. Here’s how to fix this issue:
- On your Bluetooth device “forget your jlab earbuds” from your Bluetooth list.
- Place both earbuds inside the case
- With your earbuds in the case tap one earbud 4 times. (wait for blue flash to end)
- With your earbud still in the case tap the other earbud 4 times. (wait for 3x Blue flash to end)
- Remove your earbuds from the case. You’re left earbud will flash solid white & right earbud will flash white and blue indicating your device is sync’d and on pairing mode

How do I put JLab in pairing mode?
Removing your earbuds from the case will instantly put them in pairing mode if not already connected to a device.
If your device is experiencing issues pairing after removing them from the case, then you cab re-sync your earbuds manually by following the steps above.
Jlab earbuds Button functions
Jlab earbuds come with some handy shortcut button functions making it easier to control your listening experience without having to constantly pull out your Bluetooth device. Let’s take a look:
- Tapping the left earbud once -> volume down
- Tapping right earbuds once -> volume up
- Double Tap left earbud -> activates voice assistant
- Double tap right earbuds -> Play/pause
- Press and hold left earbud for 2 seconds -> track back
- Press and hold right earbud for 2 seconds -> track forward
- Triple tap left or right earbud -> EQ change
- Press & hold left or right earbuds for 3 seconds+ -> Power on
How to charge JLab earbuds?
You’ll need to charge both your earbuds themselves as well as the case. To charge the earbuds, simply put your earbuds in the case this will automatically turn off your earbuds and begin the charging process. If your case LED light appears green, this means that your earbuds are 100% to 25% charged, whereas if the LED light appears red, then your earbuds are at 25% or less.
As soon as you place your earbuds in the case, your charging cases LED will begin to blink, indicating your earbuds are charging. Once earbuds are done charging LED light will turn off.
As for the charging case, your charging case is equipped with a USB charging cable which can be connected to a PC or a power outlet.
