In fact, the one most people know is not even the first Hunter x Hunter series. In the same year as the Hunter x Hunter manga was created – 1998 – a 26-minute film was created for the Jump Super Anime Tour 98 by the studio Pierrot. An anime series was later created in 1999, and lasted until March 2011, with a total of 62 episodes. This series was produced by the studio Nippon Animation. And in 2011, they came out with the most recent anime, which is the subject of this article.
There are anime films for Hunter x Hunter as well. One is titled Hunter x Hunter: Phantom Rouge, released in January 2013, and the other is Hunter x Hunter: The Last Mission, released in December 2013.
