Is Demon Slayer Season 2 on Hulu?

Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba is one of the most popular serial anime shows that’s currently running. Season 1 saw a huge surge worldwide in popularity, and the solo movie Mugen Train opened with smashing numbers in the U.S. and globally. Plus, in Japan, the movie became the fastest movie to surpass 10 billion yen (over $100 million!) at the box office.

The show follows Tanjiro after his family was attacked and killed by demons. Season 1 sees his transformation into a Demon Slayer and introduces the cast of characters, including his younger sister Nezuko and supporting characters Inosuke and Zenitsu. Season 1 also introduces the Hashira characters — the highest-ranked Demon Slayers in the corps — who play varying roles through the Mugen Train Arc, as well as the Entertainment District arc that makes up Season 2.

It’s no surprise that Season 2 has been anxiously awaited. Now that it’s here, you don’t want to miss the iconic episodes in the Entertainment District Arc.

Is DemonSlayer Season 2 on Hulu?

yes! Hulu streams every episode of the Demon Slayer anime, including both Season 1 and Season 2, as well as the movie, “Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train,” which takes place between these two seasons.

Season 2 of Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba proves that the show continues to be one of the most popular anime series out right now, but it’s not always clear how to watch it. Since the show follows the Japanese standard naming system, it isn’t released in traditional seasons, which can make it hard to find on streaming platforms like Hulu.

But that doesn’t mean it’s not there! You can still watch Demon Slayer Season 2 on Hulu and many other platforms, and the Entertainment District Arc is not one to be missed.

How to watch Demon Slayer Season 2 on Hulu

Demon Slayer Season 2 is available to stream on Hulu, but as on many other streaming platforms, streaming Demon Slayer Season 2 can be confusing on Hulu. This is because the anime format that Demon Slayer runs in is differentiated by the anime “arc,” rather than an explicit season number.

To watch Demon Slayer Season 2 on Hulu, you’ll need to look for the name of the “arc” that makes up Season 2. Technically, there are two different arcs that fall into this “season.” The first is the Mugen Train Arc. This arc is seven episodes long, and is the arc that is also covered in the Demon Slayer movie — Season 2 does a recap. Most people consider Demon Slayer Season 2 to begin at episode 8. This is the first episode in the Entertainment District Arc, which is 11 episodes long and constitutes the bulk of Season 2.

To watch Season 2, you’ll need to search for the names of these arcs directly. Searching for Season 2 won’t yield you any results and may leave you thinking that it’s unavailable! You can search for these arcs directly in Hulu’s search feature, or on the Demon Slayer landing page by looking for “Mugen Train Arc” or “Entertainment District Arc.” These episodes won’t show up under anything relating to “Demon Slayer Season 2.”

What is Demon Slayer Season 2?

The second season of the popular anime show Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba is out and on streaming platforms. The second season, called “Demon Slayer Entertainment District Arc,” takes place immediately following the storyline of the standalone movie, “Mugen Train,” which came out in summer 2021 in the States.

Season 2 – Entertainment District Arc follows the main three characters, Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu, as they team up with the Demon Slayer Corps’ Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui. Together, they move into an undercover mission tracking the powerful demon Daki, the Upper Moon 6 demon, in the Entertainment District (the red-light district). The Entertainment District Arc is the eighth story arc of Demon Slayer, following the manga timeline.

If you divide the show into traditional seasons, Season 2 has 18 episodes. However, the first seven of them cover the Mugen Train Arc — which is what the solo movie covers in Demon Slayer: Mugen Train. To get to new content in Season 2, click through to the beginning of the Entertainment District Arc. This arc itself has 11 episodes, makes up most of the second season, and first began streaming in the U.S. on December 5, 2021. The final episode premiered in February.

With jam-packed action scenes and breathtaking animation, Demon Slayer Season 2 will leave you on the edge of your seat. And with Season 3 already confirmed, you can rest assured that the Entertainment District Arc won’t be the last we see of Tanjiro and the Demon Slayer Corps.
